GUOMAO Reducer Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as GUOMAO Group) is a comprehensive state-level private-owned enterprise group established in 1993 and headquartered in Wujin District, Changzhou, Jiangsu, China.

Producing "GUOMAO" series reducers as main products, GUOMAO Group has an annual production capacity of 500, 000 reducers, whole technical force including R&D, designing and manufacturing and advanced testing methods of non-standard reducers. GUOMAO Group has been early in conformity with three management systems including ISO9001: 2000 Quality Management System, ISO14001: 2004 Environmental Management System and OHSAS18001: 1999 Health and Safety Management System, and was rated as Outstanding Organization of Management System Certification 2009" by China Certification Center for Quality Mark.

GUOMAO Group has a lot of domestic-made and imported advanced equipments and testing instruments, including Niles gear form grinding machine imported from German, OKUMA horizontal machining center imported from Japan, gear inspection and test center and three-coordinate measuring machine.
